Get started with your building project
- Get pre approved for financing. That way you know exactly what you can borrow and spend. Consult with at least one lender.
Download the Mortgage Pre-qualification Form here. (PDF)- Determine what you want to spend. Where is your comfort level?
- Find a lot or at least narrow your choices. Consider engaging a realtor.
- Select a plan.
- Obtain financing.
- Execute a contract with detailed specifications.
- Once your financial information is verified, the appraisal is returned and meets the bank’s requirements, the Schedule of Values is set, you are ready to close and begin construction. Now the fun part begins!
